Hi Mike,

i have created a Adobe Indesign CS4 project. After injection of Softwarekey the first time, the application don´t start anymore. It shows me the activation Window and after the connection to Solo Server it says "Activated" but the application himself don´t start. If i inject the file a second time the application don´t have an icon and is unusable. What i´m doing wrong?

Hi Holger,

Is this the first package you have injected that doesn't run? Would it be possible for you to FTP your project folder so we can test application compatibility here?

Holger,

The package is likely too big to email to us. You can email support @ softwarekey.com and request our FTP upload info.

ok, i thought you need only the softwarekey folder. with the project file inside
