I'd like to share a success story with you:
 
Late this past Summer we downloaded your Protection Plus try-before-you-buy package, and signed up for the trial Instant SOLO service.  In less than a week we had a working licensing solution in our product, and we purchased Protection Plus and signed up for Instant SOLO service.  In October we released our product, complete with these capabilities:  32 and 64 bit support, download online, 15 day try-before-you-buy, buy online through Instant SOLO, activate online, check for and facilitate product updates.
 
 
Now, some two months after our successful worldwide product launch, I can say this:  We've had VIRTUALLY ZERO licensing problems!  Only 3 people have reported any kind of activation issue whatsoever and in every case we've been able to resolve the issue with a quick eMail.  OutSTANDing!!  Our support cost is -ZERO-!  The only cost has been the small Instant SOLO processing fee for each sale, which is quite reasonable.
 
Boy, did we ever buy into the right product and company!  Bravo, Concept Software!
 
By contrast, I recently purchased an expensive product that works in the same realm as ours (i.e., a Photoshop plugin).  They recently released 64 bit support, and they use one of your competitors' licensing services (something like "Nalperion High-End Service").  However, when I installed it their licensing system utterly crashed and burned!  To this day I have not been able to get it working.  Worse yet, I reported the problem and it took them days to even get back to me, and then all they did was ask for more information.  I have not gotten a status of the problem, nor any further reassurance that they're even working on it.
 
Thank you, Concept Software, for making it possible for us to do SO MUCH better than that!

I want to add one more success story, if just a small one...
 
The other day we encountered a user who wants to be able to run our PC product on his Macintosh using a Parallels virtual machine.  He *also* wants to be able to boot up the PC partition directly on the hardware, using BootCamp facilities.
 
Because we originally chose to use trigger code 31, and have hardware binding, each time he would boot up a different way he would have to activate the software.
 
All we had to do to solve this user's problem was to change to code 28 on the SOLO server, and give the user a couple more activations.
 
No new software had to be delivered.  Nothing had to be configured at the customer site.  All the user had to do was to activate the software two more times and...  No more problem.  OutSTANDing.
 
I have to admit, we just didn't anticipate this kind of dual operation - but clearly you did!  Again, I find myself just plain happy that we chose the Protection Plus and Instant SOLO systems.
 
Hats off to Concept Software once again.
